Pramiti built PawVerse after experiencing the gaps in Indian pet healthcare firsthand, as a pet parent over all these years.
She recognised that the problem was yes the shortage of vets but it was complemented by the absence of infrastructure connecting them: no shared records, no reliable triage layer, and no way to access specialist opinions without geography becoming a barrier.
PawVerse is her answer to that challenge: a platform that respects both the veterinarian's expertise and the pet parent's anxiety, while building a bridge between them that actually works.
The challenge was not only illness. It was finding the right doctor, reaching them in time, arranging medicines, keeping records, and making decisions without enough clarity.
