2. Platform Use

Pawverse is a platform that connects pet parents with veterinary clinics, pet service providers, and products.

• We do not provide veterinary services directly nor guarantee treatment and pricing charged.
• All appointments, services, and transactions are between the user and the service provider.
• PawVerse Pets does not employ any veterinarians
• We are not liable for medical outcomes, misdiagnosis, or disputes arising from services rendered by third parties. Veterinary clinics listed are independent service providers.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, updated information when registering or using services.
• Do not use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
• Treat service providers and other users with respect and professionalism.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointment bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellations must be communicated at least 2 hours in advance or the full consultation fee will be charged.
• Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.

5. Medical Data & Health Records

• Users may upload pet health data and consent to its storage, analysis, and use for platform improvement.
• Clinics may digitize and update health records. All updates must be made in good faith.
• We are not liable for data inaccuracies or update delays.

6. Marketplace Purchases

Product sales and logistics are managed by our partner clinics and vendors. Returns, refunds, or replacements are subject to specific vendor policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, and platform design are property of Pawverse and cannot be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pawverse is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or outcomes of services offered by third parties.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations or misuse of the platform.

10. Modifications

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

12. Obligations of the Service Provider

• Maintain valid professional license and compliance with Veterinary Council of India Act, 1984 or any other legal requirements.
• Provide accurate profile details (qualification, fees, timings).
• Deliver services professionally, ethically and punctually.
• Ensure respectful and professional communication with the Clients.
• Avoid false or misleading claims regarding treatments.
• Immediately notify PawVerse of any suspension or cancellation of license.
• Practice in good faith and for betterment of pet healthcare.
