Refund & Cancellation Policy - Pawverse
At Pawverse, we strive to provide the best experience for pet parents. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations related to veterinary consultations and services booked through our platform.
1. Online Consultations
- Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time will not be eligible for a refund, as the veterinarian's time has been reserved.
- If a veterinarian is unable to attend the scheduled consultation, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
- No-shows by the user will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Medicines & Product Deliveries
- Products and medicines are sourced and dispatched by our partner clinics and vendors.
- Returns, refunds, or replacements for products are subject to the specific vendor's policies.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs for resolution.
- Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispatched due to safety regulations.
3. Promo Codes & Discounts
- Refunds for discounted bookings will be processed based on the actual amount paid after discount.
- Promo codes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay and may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
- For UPI payments, refunds are typically reflected within 2-3 business days.
- For card payments, refunds may take 5-10 business days depending on the issuing bank.
